# Venkatesh unveiled as Army officer in Anil Ravipudi film

The makers of Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming Telugu film have unveiled Venkatesh’s first look as he completes 40 years in cinema. He plays Lieutenant Colonel Venkat Reddy, an Indian Army officer specialising in counter-terrorism and hostage negotiation. The poster shows him in camouflage, sunglasses and a scarf beside an SUV, with military insignia in the backdrop. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram also stars in the untitled film, tentatively called Venky Anil 5 or NKRAR2. Keerthy Suresh is paired with Venkatesh and Krithi Shetty with Kalyan Ram. Sahu Garapati is producing it, while GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music. The film is scheduled for Sankranthi 2027.
