Vinicius Junior has signed a new Real Madrid contract that keeps him at the club until 2032, Real Madrid announced on Thursday, ending speculation over a possible move to Arsenal. The 26-year-old Brazilian joined Madrid as a teenager in 2018 and has scored 128 goals and supplied 100 assists for the club. Hindustan Times had earlier reported that Vinicius was close to renewing after positive talks and an improved offer from Madrid. His decision followed reports that Arsenal were prepared to meet his wage demands. Vinicius had fuelled speculation by deleting all posts from his Instagram account, which has more than 64 million followers.
