Vivo has reintroduced its S series in India with the Vivo S2, aimed at premium buyers. It has a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor, a 7,050mAh battery and 44W charging. The phone carries IP68 and IP69K ratings, with a 50MP rear camera and 32MP front camera. Prices start at ₹39,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version. The 8GB and 256GB variant costs ₹49,999, with sales beginning on August 11 through Amazon, Flipkart and retail stores. The Hindu reports maximum storage of 256GB, while Deccan Herald says configurations may reach 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. Vivo has not clarified this difference in the cited reports.
