# Vivo X500 pre-bookings begin in India, Watch GT2 may arrive alongside 2026-11-05T03:31:47+00:00 | Technology | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets Pre-bookings for the Vivo X500 series, expected to include the X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, have reportedly begun at select offline retail stores in India, according to a tipster. Vivo has yet to announce an official launch date for the handsets, which have already debuted in China and global markets. Separately, a tipster has claimed Vivo may also launch its first smartwatch in India, the Watch GT2, alongside the X500 series, possibly on 25 November. Leaks suggest the wearable could feature a 2.07-inch AMOLED display, a 595 mAh battery (eSIM) or 695 mAh (Bluetooth), and be priced under Rs 20,000. Neither product's timeline or pricing has been confirmed by Vivo. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both gadgets360 and digit.in report the same tipster claim about Vivo launches, but they differ in emphasis. gadgets360 leads with pre-bookings for the X500 series having already begun at select offline stores, framing the story as imminent availability for consumers. digit.in, by contrast, leads with the Watch GT2 wearable and treats the X500 series’ India debut date as a tertiary detail, mentioning a tipster’s claim of a 25 November launch. Neither source questions the tipsters’ reliability or includes official confirmation, leaving the coverage uniform in its reliance on unverified leaks. The balanced reading: both reports are built on identical tipster sourcing, but the commercial angle (pre-bookings open) makes the X500’s India launch appear more advanced than the Watch GT2, which digit.in keeps purely speculative. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 2 neutral - gadgets360.com (neutral report) Leads with pre-bookings as near-confirmed fact - digit.in (neutral report) Leads with Watch GT2, X500 launch date as secondary This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
