Sukhmaniya, who is in her late 50s, travelled from Jangalpara village to the Central Bank of India branch in Mainpat on May 22. The pension had stopped because KYC formalities were incomplete. Mainpat Janpad Panchayat CEO Khushboo Shastri said the bank completed the KYC process and released Rs 2,000 in pending payments. She said a Bank Mitra had previously delivered the pension at home and would resume the service next month.
