One scheme will offer 40-square-metre plots for the low-income group, while the other will offer plots ranging from 162 to 300 square metres to the general public. YEIDA is considering a rule barring applicants who have already received plots under any earlier Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority or YEIDA scheme. The authority is still finalising the number of plots and other details, additional CEO Shailendra Bhatia said. The allotment rate in residential sectors is Rs 36,260 per square metre.
