BJP chief slams Rahul Gandhi’s selective outrage over Delhi violence

Telangana BJP chief N Ramachandra Rao accused Rahul Gandhi of selective outrage, contrasting his protest over Delhi police action against the Cockroach Janata Party with silence on the Congress government's alleged crackdown on job-seeking students in Hyderabad. Rao posted on X that police were unleashed on students betrayed over the promise of two lakh jobs annually, yet the Congress leadership stayed quiet.

Rao said Rahul Gandhi should have questioned Chief Minister Revanth Reddy over pending fee reimbursement dues for 20 lakh SC, ST, BC and EBC students. He added that neither Rahul nor his family has apologised for firing on students during the 1969 Telangana agitation, nor for the nearly 1,200 youth who died in the second phase due to Congress's U-turns. Rao alleged the Congress government also tried to grab university lands for real estate.
