What to write in about
- Corrections. Send the article link and what is wrong. Corrections are acknowledged and handled under the Corrections Policy, which sets out what gets corrected and how a correction is shown on the article afterwards.
- Source disputes. If you are an outlet whose reporting we summarised and you believe we have misread it, misattributed it, credited it wrongly, or left you off the source list, tell us. These go to the front of the queue.
- Rights and takedown. Send the article link and the reporting it draws on. We do not require a formal legal notice to act on a reasonable request.
- Partnerships. Proposals are read, though note that nobody can pay for coverage, placement or tone, as set out in Ownership and Funding.
- Press and general enquiries. Questions about how the site works are welcome. How articles are produced is described in the Editorial Policy and the AI Use Policy.
- Privacy requests. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and your rights.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge mail within 48 hours, and to fix clear factual errors the same day we confirm them. That is an aim rather than a guarantee. Editorial here is headed by one editor rather than a newsroom, so a complicated enquiry may take longer, and it helps if you include the article link and enough detail to act on without a second exchange.
