Most newspapers list their editors here. Indian Opinion works differently, and it would be dishonest to invent a newsroom that does not exist.

Indian Opinion Desk

Every article on this site carries the byline Indian Opinion Desk. That is not a person. It is the automated system that clusters incoming reports and generates summaries and commentary. We use a single consistent byline rather than invented author names, because fabricated bylines would imply human authorship we do not have.

In structured data, articles are attributed to Indian Opinion the organisation, not to a person, for the same reason.

Who is behind it

The site is built and operated by a single independent operator, who is responsible for the source list, the editorial rules the system follows, the models it uses, and everything published here. Editorial and corrections enquiries reach that person directly at [email protected].

What the system does and does not decide

The system decides which stories to publish, how to summarise them, and how to phrase the commentary, within rules that a human sets and revises. A human does not review each article before it goes live. See Editorial Policy and AI Use Policy.
