Indian Opinion Analysis
The extension until 31 October gives more candidates a window to apply, but BSEB has not fixed the final vacancy number yet, leaving applicants uncertain about the competition they face. The exam, tentatively scheduled from 19 November to 10 December 2026, will test library science and general knowledge. Those who qualify only receive an eligibility certificate, actual appointment depends on a future announcement, which is the next milestone to watch from BSEB.
