CBSE expected to release Class 10 date sheet by November
The Story in Brief
The Central Board of Secondary Education has not yet released the official date sheet for the Class 10 board exams of 2027. The timetable is typically published in the latter half of the academic year, between October and December. Based on past cycles, the date sheet is expected between October 2026 and November 2026. The 2026 timetable was issued on 30 October 2025, and the 2025 timetable was released on 20 November 2024.
Once released, the official schedule will be available on cbse.gov.in and the Pariksha Sangam portal. Students will be able to download the PDF from the board's website. The exams are expected to begin at 10:30 AM IST, with a 15-minute reading period from 10:15 AM. Reporting time at the centre is between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Major academic subjects are three-hour papers, while skill and vocational subjects are two hours.
Indian Opinion Analysis
Students waiting for the 2027 CBSE Class 10 timetable now know the likely release window is October to November 2026, based on the previous two years' patterns. The board itself has not confirmed a date, so planning remains tentative. The next step is to watch the official CBSE website and the Pariksha Sangam portal for the press release that will replace the current placeholder table with confirmed subject-wise dates.
