નેશનલ બેંક ફોર ફાઈનાન્સિંગ ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર એન્ડ ડેવલપમેન્ટ એટલે કે NaBFID ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર પ્રોજેક્ટ્સના ધિરાણ માટે ૩ થી ૪ અબજ ડોલરનું ભંડોળ વિદેશી બજારમાંથી એકત્ર કરશે. આ માટે લોન અને બોન્ડ સહિતના વિવિધ માધ્યમોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવશે. સંસ્થાના એમડી રાજકિરણ રાય જીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે બેંકે અગાઉ ૮૫૦ મિલિયન ડોલર એકત્ર કરી લીધા છે અને હવે આગામી સમયમાં વધુ ભંડોળ મેળવવાની યોજના છે. આ પગલું દેશમાં ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચરના વિકાસને વેગ આપવા માટે લેવામાં આવ્યું છે.
