સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં જણાવાયું કે દેશના 28 મુખ્યમંત્રીઓ પૈકી 14 સામે ગંભીર ફોજદારી કેસ છે. એમિકસ ક્યુરી વિજય હંસારિયાએ જણાવ્યું કે તેલંગાણાના સીએમ એ રેવંત રેડ્ડી સામે 89 કેસ છે. રિપોર્ટ મુજબ સાંસદ અને ધારાસભ્યો સામે 4,192 ફોજદારી કેસ પેન્ડિંગ છે. હંસારિયાએ આ કેસોની સુનાવણી માટે ખાસ કોર્ટની માંગ કરી.
