Jio Prime membership relaunched in India with price lock till 2027

Reliance Jio has relaunched its Jio Prime membership in India with a one-time payment of Rs 300. The membership provides price certainty, locking users into their current plan rates for one year, even if Jio increases prices in the future. Times Now News reports that the price lock is available until September 5, 2027.

The membership offers cashback vouchers worth Rs 600, an additional Rs 300 voucher redeemable on a new JioHome or JioPC connection, and a Rs 3000 voucher for adding a new Jio SIM for friends and family. Gadgets360 adds that members also get early access to new products, service trials, and priority customer support.

All existing prepaid and postpaid Jio customers are eligible. Users of other telecom operators can port to Jio to join the Prime membership. The relaunch comes after several price hikes by Jio in recent months.
