Raaz actor Malini Sharma now runs a farmstay near Pune

Malini Sharma, known for her role in the 2002 film Raaz and the song Aapke Pyaar Mein, has left Bollywood and now runs a farmstay in the Sahyadri Hills, about two hours from Pune. The Times of India reports she is associated with The Slow Local, a venture built around local food and crafts. Hindustan Times adds she also works as a relationship manager with a coffee company.

Sharma quit acting after walking out of the film Encounter in 2002. She married actor Priyanshu Chatterjee but later divorced. In April 2025, she returned to the camera with The Slow Local Diaries, a video series about her farm life. "Facing the camera again after 23 years of Raaz," she said. Her farmstay grows vegetables and hosts guests.
