Meghalaya DSC LDA result out, typing test from 23 October
The Story in Brief
The Meghalaya District Selection Committee, Eastern West Khasi Hills, has declared the result for the Lower Division Assistant local language qualifying exam held on 12 September 2026. The result notice dated 15 October lists roll numbers of qualified candidates under Advertisement No. MRG/DSC.13/2024/15.
The Typing Speed Test will run from 23 October to 3 November 2026 on eight scheduled dates starting at 10:00 AM at three centres: DC Office and Tirot Sing Memorial College in Mairang, and Rose CSC Training Centre in Pyndengumiong. Candidates can check their allotted date, venue and required documents in the official nine-page PDF available on easternwestkhasihills.meghalaya.gov.in.
Indian Opinion Analysis
The roll numbers released for the Meghalaya DSC LDA local language qualifying exam shift candidates from one filter to the next. Those on the list now face an eight-day typing test window starting 23 October across three centres in Mairang and Pyndengumiong. The nine-page notice does not name total applicants, vacancies or the pass mark, so candidates cannot assess their competition. The next stage after typing is a written examination, for which no date has been set.
