Indian Opinion Analysis
This recruitment fills a key Board-level vacancy at a defence public sector undertaking. The role carries overall charge of finance and accounts, reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director. For internal government officers, the minimum age of 40 with two years residual service means only those nearing superannuation are eligible. Private sector applicants face a higher residual-service bar of three years. The requirement to forward applications through proper channel by 13 November 2026 adds a bureaucratic step after the 4 November online deadline. Whether MIDHANI finds a suitable candidate before its current Director (Finance) retires remains open.
