Indian Opinion Analysis
The advertisement marks the operational launch of a specialised defence research centre inside an academic institution, with the Director role tasked to bridge industry, academia and DRDO. The stringent eligibility criteria, 25 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, narrow the field to senior technologists or retired defence personnel. The next step is the 26 November application deadline, after which the university will shortlist and interview candidates.
