SBI Hyderabad CGM hoists Tricolour on 80th Independence Day

State Bank of India’s Hyderabad Local Head Office celebrated the 80th Independence Day on Saturday with Neelesh Dwivedi, Chief General Manager of the Hyderabad Circle, hoisting the National Flag at the Koti office. Dwivedi told employees the Tricolour symbolises India’s legacy, the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the aspirations of over a billion citizens, and urged them to embrace responsibility.

Dwivedi said SBI’s journey is intertwined with the nation’s growth and, as India becomes more ambitious, the bank is transforming into a digital and customer-centric institution. He cited initiatives such as YONO and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer experience and efficiency. The CGM called on employees to introspect and contribute to strengthening the bank, ensuring it remains relevant to India’s future while upholding its long-earned trust.
