Telangana temple priest booked for sexually assaulting minor

A temple priest in Telangana's Rangareddy district has been booked for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl inside the temple. The incident occurred within the limits of Ramachandrapuram police station under the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate.

Police said locals noticed the priest behaving inappropriately with the minor, recorded the incident on video, and informed the authorities. Officers have registered a case and taken the accused, identified as Sayanna, into custody. An investigation is underway, police confirmed.
