Bhagya Lakshmi star Maera Mishra announces pregnancy

Television actress Maera Mishra, known for her role in Zee TV's Bhagya Lakshmi, has announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Dr Rajul Yadav. The actress shared the news on social media with a video showing her baby bump, captioned: 'Some secrets are just too beautiful to keep.' She added that their 'greatest adventure begins' and that their 'Baby Junior is coming soon.'

Maera married Delhi-based dermatologist Dr Rajul Yadav on February 21, 2025, in Delhi. The couple first met in December 2022 at a wedding in Mumbai and later connected again at a mutual friend's birthday party. They got engaged in April 2024.

Fellow television stars including Niti Taylor, Kanika Mann, Hiba Nawab and Arti Singh congratulated the couple in the comments. Maera, who started her career with shows like Dream Girl and Ashoka, gained wide recognition after appearing in MTV Splitsvilla 11 in 2018.
