Bhagya Lakshmi actress Maera Mishra expecting first child

Television actress Maera Mishra, known for her role as Malishka Bedi in Zee TV's Bhagya Lakshmi, has announced that she is expecting her first child with her husband Dr Rajul Yadav. In a social media video, she flaunted her baby bump in a black-and-white dress, writing: 'Some secrets are just too beautiful to keep. Our greatest adventure begins.' The couple revealed their 'Baby Junior' is coming soon.

Fellow TV actors including Niti Taylor, Kanika Mann, Hiba Nawab, and Arti Singh congratulated her online. Maera married Dr Rajul Yadav, a Delhi-based dermatologist, on February 21, 2025, in an intimate ceremony in Delhi. They first met at a wedding in Mumbai in December 2022 and got engaged in April 2024.

Maera, who moved to Mumbai from Bareilly at age 14, initially wanted to become an IAS officer. She entered television with shows like Dream Girl and Ashoka, gained fame on MTV Splitsvilla 11 in 2018, and became widely recognised for her role in Bhagya Lakshmi.
