BTS documentary The Return streams on Netflix from March 27

BTS: The Return, a documentary chronicling the K-pop group's reunion after military service and the making of their fifth studio album Arirang, was released on Netflix on March 27 at 12:30 pm IST. The 93-minute film, directed by Bao Nguyen, follows RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook as they reunite in Los Angeles to create the album.

The documentary captures raw studio sessions, personal reflections, and the group's evolving dynamic as they navigate pressure and rediscover their creative identity. It also highlights their connection with fans, ARMY, during their military hiatus through pre-recorded releases and solo projects.

BTS released Arirang on March 20, followed by a comeback performance live from Seoul's Gwanghwamun, available on Netflix. The album includes 14 tracks such as SWIM, Body to Body, and Into the Sun, and has broken several records.
