Chandrababu Naidu sets 2029 as key milestone for Andhra

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has set 2029 as the next major milestone for Andhra Pradesh, alongside the long-term Swarna Andhra 2047 vision. The plan targets jobs, technology, agriculture, water, manufacturing, clean energy and improved living standards. Naidu has pointed to the state's 11.3% growth rate, investment plans, and projects including Amaravati, Bhogapuram Airport, Polavaram, and new industrial ventures.

The government aims to turn investment agreements into working projects and create visible improvements in jobs and infrastructure before the next Assembly election. Success depends on rapid development across regions: North Andhra via ports and tourism, Rayalaseema through irrigation and industries, and coastal districts through agriculture, aquaculture, logistics, and exports. For young people, jobs and career opportunities remain the key measure of progress.
