Dr Gorakhnath Pol’s book on Gen Z launched in Kamothe

A book titled 'Me GEN X… Ek Gen Z Cha Baba', written by Dr Gorakhnath Pol, was launched at Sushma Patil Vidyalaya & Junior College in Kamothe. The event was attended by educationists, social workers and other dignitaries.

The book aims to bridge the gap between Gen X and Gen Z, urging parents to understand the younger generation rather than blame them. Dr Pol draws on his experience in education and as a father to explore youth aspirations, technology use and changing career attitudes. The central message, according to the author, is to prioritise dialogue over advice and trust over expectations.

Speakers at the launch praised the book's relevance in a rapidly changing social environment, noting that parents need to adapt their communication. Mansi Pol, Director of S Napkin Bouquet's Satkar House, thanked the attendees.
