તામિલનાડુના મુખ્યમંત્રી સી. જોસેફ વિજયે કૃષિ સહકારી લોનની સંપૂર્ણ માફી જાહેર કરી છે. ૭૫,૦૦૦ રૂપિયા સુધીની લોન સંપૂર્ણ માફ થશે. ૭૫,૦૦૦થી ૧ લાખ રૂપિયાની લોન પર આંશિક માફી અપાશે. આ યોજનાથી ૧૩.૩૪ લાખ ખેડૂતોને લાભ થશે. સરકારે ખેડૂતો માટે વધારાના ૯૫૩.૦૬ કરોડ રૂપિયા ફાળવ્યા છે. પદ સંભાળ્યાના ૧૦૦મા દિવસે તેમણે આ જાહેરાત કરી.
