HP High Court releases shortlist for clerk, process server posts
The Story in Brief
The Himachal Pradesh High Court has released the list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for the screening test for Clerk (District Judiciary) and Process Server posts on its official website. Candidates who applied can download the list from hphighcourt.gov.in.
The screening test is scheduled for 22 November and 29 November 2026. Shortlisted candidates must download their hall tickets and carry them to the exam centre along with a valid original photo ID such as Aadhar, driving licence or voter ID. Photocopies or scanned copies of IDs on mobile phones will not be accepted.
Indian Opinion Analysis
The release of the shortlist moves the recruitment process for over a thousand clerical and process server positions in Himachal's district judiciary to the exam stage. Candidates now have fewer than three weeks to obtain their admit cards and verify identification documents, as no one without the hall ticket and original photo ID will be allowed to sit for the test. The two-date schedule suggests a large candidate pool will be split across 22 and 29 November.
