Indian 3 gets a big update, hype and doubt both reported
Makers of the film series Indian have confirmed that work is underway on the third part, Indian 3, according to a report. The update comes after the second part, Indian 2, was widely considered a box office disappointment and received heavy social media trolling. Director Shankar has faced what one source calls a 'peak downhill fall' following the sequel's failure.
Tupaki.com reports that the film’s window for a successful release has passed, and that audience and fan interest has waned. It quotes analysts saying a direct OTT release would have worked earlier but is now unlikely to generate buzz. 123Telugu.com reports that many people are still waiting for the third part, which was shot alongside the second. The remaining shoot and VFX work are pending. The music is by Anirudh and Lyca Productions is producing.
Indian Opinion Analysis
Tupaki.com leads with the opinion that Indian 3 has lost its buzz and that the makers missed a good release window, framing the project as a missed opportunity and a likely flop. 123Telugu.com, on the other hand, reports the confirmation that work is happening on the film and expresses a more hopeful wait-and-see stance, noting that many are still waiting for it. Tupaki.com overstates the certainty of failure with no direct evidence from the makers, while 123Telugu omits any discussion of poor timing. The shared facts show that part 3 is in production and a big update has been promised, the two outlets differ mainly in how they frame the audience's current interest, with Tupaki claiming it is dead and Telugu claiming it is high.
