Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra, speaking on Times Now, advised India to aim for a total of around 350 runs by batting aggressively for 40 overs on Day 4. Chopra warned that this strategy carries risks, including the potential for an outright loss. He added that if rain plays a role, India may not have enough time to bowl out Sri Lanka.

Chopra believed that if the full match happens and India fails to bowl Sri Lanka out, the hosts will have time to score 350 runs. India's lead and weather conditions remain key factors as the Test progresses.
