NEET Used by All Types of Institutions, Unlike JEE, CUET: NEP Chief

NEET is used by central, state, private and deemed institutions, the chairman of the National Education Policy review committee, Kumar, has said. He made the remark while explaining that the three major entrance exams, NEET, JEE and CUET, do not operate in the same way.

NDTV reports that Kumar's statement clarifies the distinct roles of each test in the admission process. The JEE and CUET are used for admissions to specific categories of institutions, while NEET has a broader applicability across all types of medical colleges.

The NEP review committee is examining the implementation of the National Education Policy and its impact on the examination system.
