Python Found Curled Up Under Cot In Delhi
A python was found curled up under a cot at a residence in Delhi, as shown in a video shared by NDTV. A Wildlife SOS staff member is seen approaching the snake carefully.
The clip shows the python under a table before the staff member steps in to pick it up. The video captures the rescue worker removing the snake from the space beneath the furniture. No details were given about how the python entered the residence, its condition after removal or where it was taken.
Indian Opinion Analysis
Pythons are non-venomous constrictors, but their size and strength can make close contact unsafe for untrained people. Wildlife rescue teams generally assess captured animals before deciding whether they can return them to a suitable habitat. In Delhi, residents who find a snake indoors should keep away, secure children and pets, and contact trained wildlife handlers rather than attempting removal themselves. The snake’s post-rescue location is the key missing detail.
