CJP founder ready to show BU degree, challenges PM Modi to do same

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has said he is willing to produce his Boston University degree and scholarship letter to counter claims that he never studied there, while challenging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to show his own degree. In a video on X, Dipke said: "I am ready to show my degree. But will your Pawpaw show his degree?" He added that he has all documents ready. Hindustan Times reports that Dipke also shared a screenshot of his BU login and a university article about him.

The Times of India notes that a community note on Dipke's post pointed out that PM Modi's BA and MA degree records have been publicly available since 2016. Another community note said Delhi University had published a list of alumni Union cabinet ministers that included PM Modi. Dipke's challenge follows social media speculation and an RTI activist's query about how a junior engineer's salary could fund a US degree. Dipke has previously clarified he received a BU scholarship and is repaying an education loan.
