Amitabh Bachchan leases three Andheri floors for Rs 33 lakh monthly rent

Amitabh Bachchan has leased three upper floors of the Signature building in Andheri West, Mumbai, to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited for a monthly rent of Rs 33 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The five-year lease, registered on August 7, 2026, commenced on August 15, 2026. The combined carpet area of the floors is approximately 8,428 sq ft, making the rent about Rs 392 per sq ft.

The agreement includes an annual escalation clause of 5 per cent and a security deposit of Rs 1.98 crore. The total rental over the lease term is estimated at about Rs 21.88 crore. TruNativ will also have exclusive access to nine designated parking spaces. This deal adds to Bachchan's growing commercial real estate portfolio in Mumbai, which includes previous property transactions in prominent neighbourhoods.
