Audible Original ‘Exoplanet’ stars Anthony Mackie, DeBose, Leguizamo

The Story in Brief

Anthony Mackie, Ariana DeBose and John Leguizamo will headline 'Exoplanet', an Audible Original sci-fi thriller launching on November 5. The Martian author Andy Weir executive produces the show, written by novelist Benjamin Percy. The story follows a starship crew stranded in different eras on a hostile exoplanet after a quantum anomaly tears their ship apart.

Mackie voices Chief Engineer Jeff Shaw, who lands in the present and must survive the planet to return to his daughter. DeBose plays First Officer Becca Bang, stranded in the alien past, while Leguizamo voices Science Officer Logan Bowers, who awakens in a machine-controlled future. The anomaly turns out to be a trap set by an alien intelligence. Audible says the series was created specifically as an audio experience.
