BJYM workers protest across cities over Vande Mataram row

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) workers held protests in multiple cities on Wednesday against the Congress over the Vande Mataram controversy. In Thiruvananthapuram, workers carried out a mashal march, while in Raipur they demonstrated against the party. In Ranchi, protesters burned an effigy of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

The protests come amid a row over the national song Vande Mataram, with the BJP accusing the Congress of disrespecting it. The demonstrations were reported by OdishaTV across the three cities, with workers demanding an apology from the Congress leadership.
