CTET September 2026 admit card expected days before exam
CBSE is expected to release the CTET admit card for September 2026 on ctet.nic.in around two days before the exam. The exam is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026, and candidates should plan travel after the city intimation slip is issued. Times Now reports that in recent sessions, the hall ticket has typically been released two days before the exam, citing previous examples such as February 2026 (released on February 5 for exam on February 7-8) and December 2024 (released December 12 for exam on December 14).
The admit card will require candidates to enter their application number and date of birth. Candidates must report to the exam centre 120 minutes before the start: by 7:30 am for Paper 2 (morning session) and by 12:30 pm for Paper 1 (evening session). Those arriving after 9:30 am (Paper 2) or 2:30 pm (Paper 1) will not be allowed to take the exam. Any errors in the admit card must be reported immediately to the CTET Unit for correction.
Indian Opinion Analysis
Both sources report the same core facts without any political or ideological slant: the CTET September 2026 exam is scheduled for September 6, 2026, and the admit card will likely be released about two days before, based on past trends. NDTV frames the story around the city intimation slip, while Times Now focuses more on the admit card release date and exam day reporting details. Neither outlet adopts any government-critical or partisan stance: the coverage is uniformly neutral, serving as a straightforward service update for candidates. What a careful reader should take away is that preparation is the only variable under their control: the official website ctet.nic.in will hold the admit card roughly two days before the exam, and candidates should check it for errors and plan travel. To watch: the actual release date of the admit card, expected between September 4 and 6, 2026.
