કેન્દ્રીય આરોગ્ય મંત્રી જે પી નડ્ડાએ 7 ઓગસ્ટના રોજ લોકસભામાં જણાવ્યા મુજબ, આયુષ્માન ભારત યોજના હેઠળ માર્ગદર્શિકાના ઉલ્લંઘન માટે 2,359 હોસ્પિટલોને ડી-એમ્પેનલ કરવામાં આવી છે અને 1,200 હોસ્પિટલોને સસ્પેન્ડ કરવામાં આવી છે. ખોટી હોસ્પિટલો પર રૂ. 328.49 કરોડનો દંડ લાદવામાં આવ્યો છે અને 29 એફઆઈઆર નોંધવામાં આવી છે.
