Honor Turbo 5G surfaces online ahead of August 17 launch

Honor's new Turbo 5G smartphone has appeared on AliExpress, revealing key specifications before an official announcement. The device resembles the X80 Pro Max but carries different internals, including a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The phone features a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, an 8,560mAh battery with 80W wired charging, and IP69K dust and water resistance. It runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 5MP ultrawide lens, with a 16MP front camera.

The Turbo 5G will be available in black, green and orange. The AliExpress listing says sales begin on August 17.
