Naatu Naatu singer Rahul Sipligunj replies to threat case with sarcasm

Rahul Sipligunj, the singer of the Oscar-winning Naatu Naatu from RRR, has responded with sarcasm after being booked for allegedly threatening a woman in a marriage case. On Tuesday, the Bigg Boss Telugu 3 winner posted a screenshot of a news thumbnail using a Telugu proverb that translates to “a wedding is happening in the village, and the dogs are making all the fuss.” He called it the best thumbnail he had seen and promised to release a video explaining the matter. The video has not yet been published.

Hindustan Times reports that a woman filed a complaint alleging that Karpurapu Rahul Reddy, who introduced himself as a relative of Sipligunj under the pretext of marriage, threatened to leak her private pictures. The complaint also alleges that Sipligunj threatened her and forced her to give a video statement. ACP CH Ambedkar said a case has been filed against 16 people, including Sipligunj, his wife, and Rahul Reddy, under various BNS sections and the IT Act. The case has been transferred to the Women's Police Station in Visakhapatnam.
