Director Atlee has decided to wait until the actress is fully fit, as she has physically demanding scenes. The team is said to support the decision to prioritise her health.

Meanwhile, Telugu Cinema reports that a much-awaited video glimpse for 'Raaka', expected in August, has not been released yet. The outlet notes speculation that the film could be a two-part franchise and that the female cast may include multiple leading actresses, with Deepika Padukone officially confirmed alongside Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna and Janhvi Kapoor being linked.

According to the Times of India, Rashmika Mandanna may return to the sets by the end of September or the first week of October, depending on her recovery. The team has not issued any official update on the glimpse.
