Sai Durgha Tej’s Sambarala Yeti Gattu locks Sankranthi 2027 release

Sai Durgha Tej's pan-India film *Sambarala Yeti Gattu* (SYG) will release on January 12, 2027, during the Sankranthi festival, makers announced on Tuesday. The action drama, directed by debutant Rohith KP and produced by Primeshow Entertainment, has completed its entire shoot and is now in post-production.

Cinema Express reports the film will face stiff box-office competition. Chiranjeevi's next with director Bobby Kolli, Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi's film, and the Sharwanand-Sreenu Vaitla project have all locked Sankranthi 2027 slots. SYG's cast includes Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jagapathi Babu, and an unnamed top Bollywood actor in a key role.

The release poster shows Sai Durgha Tej in a bloodied, rugged look walking through flames. Cinematography is by Vetrivel Palanisamy, music by B Ajaneesh Loknath, and action choreography by Peter Hein, Ram-Lakshman, Chethan and Prudhvi. The technical team is now working on visual effects and final cuts to deliver what makers call a grand cinematic experience.
