Ba Ba Black Sheep gets October 9 release, DSP launches party song

Ba Ba Black Sheep, a new-age crime comedy from Chitralayam Studios, will have a grand theatrical release on October 9 during the Dussehra festive season, the makers announced. The film, directed by Guni Manchikanti and produced by Venu Donepudi, is the first South Indian movie to be shot entirely in Meghalaya, with key locations including Cherrapunji.

Alongside the release date, the team unveiled the first lyrical song 'Aaja Meri Jaani', a high-energy party number featuring Akshay Lagusani and Vishnu Oi. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad launched the track and praised its youthful and energetic appeal. The song has music by Electronic Kili and Arkado, lyrics by Kittu Vissapragada, and vocals by Benny Dayal.

The ensemble cast includes Tinnu Anand, Upendra Limaye, George Maryan, Karthikeya, Vismayasri, Malvi Malhotra, Kashyap, and Raja Ravindra. Producer Venu Donepudi said post-production is in its final phase and the team is gearing up for the October 9 release. More updates are expected soon.
