UPSSSC releases PET 2026 provisional answer keys
The Story in Brief
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the provisional answer keys for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2026. The written exam was held on 25 October, 30 October and 1 November 2026 across 60 districts in the state, with two shifts each day, totalling six shifts.
Candidates can access the shift-wise and date-wise answer keys on the commission's official website, upsssc.gov.in. The keys will remain available until 8 November 2026.
With the release of the provisional keys, applicants can match their responses and assess their likely performance in the exam. UPSSSC has asked all candidates to view the keys within the stipulated period.
Indian Opinion Analysis
The release of provisional answer keys gives nearly 60,000 candidates a chance to verify their answers before the final result. The keys remain open for objections until 8 November, after which UPSSSC will process challenges and publish the final answer key. How the commission handles any objections raised will determine the timeline for the final merit list.
