Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram multistarrer zeroes in on two titles

Anil Ravipudi has shortlisted two titles for the upcoming Venkatesh-Kalyan Ram multistarrer: Bammardi Balreddy and January 13 Vidudala. The film, currently referred to as #VenkyAnil5 and #NKRAR2, is targeting a Sankranthi 2027 release, according to TeluguCinema.com. Production is underway on a specially constructed set in Hyderabad.

Venkatesh plays Lt Colonel Venkat Reddy, while Kalyan Ram reportedly plays his brother-in-law, making Bammardi Balreddy a fitting choice, the site reports. Keerthy Suresh is paired opposite Venkatesh, and Krithi Shetty opposite Kalyan Ram. Greatandhra.com adds that the title Balreddy Bammardhi is also being discussed, and notes that Megastar Chiranjeevi's film with director Bobby is also aiming for Sankranthi 2027, with the title Kadiri Kakaji hinted at by Chiranjeevi. A title glimpse for Chiranjeevi's film is scheduled for August 22.
