Yash clarifies no vulgarity in Toxic, denies kiss scene

Actor Yash has responded to criticism over some scenes in his upcoming film ‘Toxic’, directed by Geetu Mohandas. He said he does not support vulgarity and clarified he has not performed even a single kiss scene in the movie.

Yash cautioned against judging the film based on isolated clips from the teaser or songs. He said the emotion behind those scenes will become clear only when viewed along with the full story. He described ‘Toxic’ as more than action and glamour, calling it a thought-provoking narrative about generation gap and how today’s youth question old rules.

The film, produced in multiple languages, is set for release on August 26. Despite the controversy, industry watchers expect it to open to strong box-office numbers.
