Attendees leave as Revanth Reddy uses intemperate language

Several participants walked out of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s public meeting in Sangareddy on Thursday after he used intemperate language against former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his nephew T Harish Rao, Telangana Today reports. Police blocked exit points and physically prevented people from leaving, according to the report. Women argued with officers who pleaded with them to stay until the event ended.

Despite the disruption, Reddy continued his speech, accusing Harish Rao of performing black magic against Telangana and its people. He also questioned why Rao kept his spiritual visits to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu secret. The meeting was held on Independence Day, and the Congress leader’s remarks drew visible displeasure from the crowd, with many using other exits to leave.
