CAT 2026 correction window opens October 5 at iimcat.ac.in
IIM Indore will open the CAT 2026 application correction window on Monday, 5 October at 10 am. Candidates who have registered and paid the fee can modify their photograph, signature, and test city preferences through the official website iimcat.ac.in.
The edit facility will close at 5 pm on 6 October. IIM Indore has stated the deadline will not be extended. The CAT 2026 exam is scheduled for 29 November, with the admit card expected to be released on 4 November.
Indian Opinion Analysis
The two-day window leaves no room for delay, and the deadline is firm. Candidates who registered before the extended deadline of 22 September must act quickly: the permitted fields are limited to photograph, signature, and test city preferences, so other errors cannot be fixed. With the exam set for 29 November and admit cards due on 4 November, the next milestone is the correction window itself, closing at 5 pm on 6 October.
