Chaminda Vaas warns against overcomplicating modern cricket

Vaas recalled the difficulty of facing teammate Muttiah Muralitharan in the nets, praising his dedication. He said the 1996 World Cup win, now 30 years old, is still celebrated. Vaas' philosophy remains: keep it simple. 'If you overcomplicate things, they won't go your way,' he said.
