Chris Pratt, Schwarzenegger cut mansion price to $19.99m

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have relisted their custom-built Pacific Palisades estate for $19.99 million, their fifth attempt to sell the home in three years. The property was first listed in July 2023 at $32 million but has seen repeated price cuts and withdrawals. After several failed attempts, it was taken off the market in March 2026 and relisted on 10 August 2026 at the current price, which is more than $12 million below the original asking price.

The couple bought the plot in 2018 for $15.6 million, demolished the existing house and spent three years building a 13,000 sq ft residence with six bedroom suites and 7.5 bathrooms. Listing agent Shana Tavangarian of Carolwood Estates is handling the sale. The latest listing notes that 'no expense [was] spared' on the design, highlighting luxury finishes and mountain-to-coast views.

The couple's move to sell follows their purchase of a Brentwood home in 2023 for $12.5 million, where they demolished a midcentury modern house designed by architect Craig Ellwood. That demolition drew criticism from preservationists. While construction continues on the Brentwood property, the family is reported to be living in a rented Montecito estate owned by Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.
