Cyberabad bans posters in public spaces

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) has announced a 'No Posters in Public Spaces' initiative to regulate poster displays across its jurisdiction. Commissioner G Srijana announced the decision on Monday as part of efforts to keep roads, junctions and public areas free from unauthorised posters and visual clutter.

A press release from the CMC said the initiative aims to improve the appearance of public spaces, maintain clear and unobstructed roads and junctions, and promote a cleaner, more organised urban environment. The rule applies across all CMC limits where posters have commonly been placed.
