Gurugram biker Sia says drunk men chased her before crash

Gurugram police have filed an FIR against unknown persons after a video showing a car hitting a woman biker on Golf Course Road went viral. The biker, identified as Sia or Shivani Chauhan, alleged that four drunk men in a white sedan chased her and made offensive gestures before ramming her motorcycle from the side, throwing her onto the road. Her brother told ANI she is experiencing trauma, and the family plans to file its own complaint.

The accused driver, Kalyan Bainsla, denies intentional harm, claiming he lost control while taking a U-turn and that the bikers were riding aggressively. The car’s registered owner, an Army officer away on duty, says Bainsla borrowed the vehicle and is not answering calls. Police have added sections of rash driving and negligent acts, further charges depend on the victim’s complaint and medical report.
